Training Program
WORKOUT SCHEDULE UNTIL JUNE 1ST
- MONDAY: WEIGHT ROOM - 3:30PM – 4:30PM
- TUESDAY: SPEED & AGILITY - 6:00AM - 7:15AM
- WEDNESDAY: WEIGHT ROOM - 1:30PM - 3:00PM
- THURSDAY: SPEED & AGILITY - 6:00AM – 7:15AM
- FRIDAY: WEIGHT ROOM - 6:00PM – 7:30PM
Incoming 9th graders are eligible to workout with the team after spring sports. That is currently set for June 12th.
Spring Ball
JUNE 1ST – JULY 1ST
Team Camp
JULY 6TH – JULY 9TH
Fall Camp
Starts on August 19th.
