RHS Football Brown Bear Car Wash Fundraiser 2026

The Boosters want to thank you in advance for your time and effort in supporting this fundraiser! Remember all of the money raised gets invested back into the Football program for things like equipment, training (like Diesel), HUDL, TeamSnap, team dinners and so much more.

Team goal: To sell as many Brown Bear Car Wash tickets as possible from June 11-July 3 and raise over $12,000.

Individual goal: For each player to sell 20 tickets or more.

Overview:

  • Ticket price: Tickets will be sold at $12 each.
    • Tickets cannot be sold for less than $12 per our agreement with Brown Bear.
  • Receiving and selling tickets: Tickets will initially be distributed to players by the Booster Club after the June 11 practice. Each player will receive an envelope containing 10 tickets. Players can start selling tickets once they’ve received their packet.
  • Ticket selling restrictions. Per our agreement with Brown Bear, tickets cannot be:
    • Sold within 500 feet of any Brown Bear Car Wash location.
    • Sold nor advertised online including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Craigslist, OfferUp, and eBay;
  • Payment options: Customers can pay by cash, check and via PayPal.
    • By check - If the customer is paying by check, please ask them to write the check out to: “Redmond High Football Booster Club”.
    • By PayPal, Apple Pay - If the customer prefers to pay via PayPal, they can either go to https://www.paypal.com/ncp/payment/SFC5MHAHETVVG or scan in the QR code below. Please note there is a small convenience fee that is added per transaction.
      IMPORTANT: Remember to ask the customer to enter your first and last name into the “Player Name” field so that the Boosters can properly track the donation.
  • Additional tickets and fund collection dates: If a player has sold through their initial 10 ticket allotment, players can request and receive additional tickets after practice on these dates: June 16, June 23, June 30. The Boosters will also collect funds on these dates. Please note that the Boosters prefer to collect funds before issuing additional tickets.
  • Lost tickets: IMPORTANT: If tickets are lost, players are responsible for covering the dollar amount of lost tickets. For example, if 10 tickets are lost, then the player is responsible for a $120 donation to the program.
  • Returning unsold tickets – On July 3, the Boosters will collect any tickets that were unsold during this fundraiser. This allows the Boosters to use them for future fundraisers.
  • Top Seller Rewards and Incentives:
    On July 3, after Weight Room, the Boosters will award the team’s top 3 sellers and will conduct a grab bag pull.

    • Top sellers – the top three players in fundraising will earn the following rewards:
      1st place - $300 Visa gift card, 2nd place - $200 Visa gift card, 3rd place - $100 Visa gift card
    • Grab Bag Pull – For every 10 tickets a player sells, they earn a pull from the Grab Bag. Each pull offers the player a chance to win cash based on the monetary amount designated on the miniature football that is pulled out. Players can potentially earn $1, $5, $10, $20 and even $100 with a pull. Note: a player can only grab one miniature football with each pull earned.
    • All cash and gift card rewards will be distributed at the end of the fundraising
  • Additional notes:
    • Each ticket is good for the basic car wash—the Beary Clean. If the customer wishes to upgrade to the Beary Bright or Beary Best when they redeem their ticket, they pay the difference, $3.00 or $6.00, respectively.
    • According to Brown Bear, the car wash tickets do not expire.
