Training Program

WORKOUT SCHEDULE UNTIL JUNE 1ST

  • MONDAY:  WEIGHT ROOM - 3:30PM – 4:30PM
  • TUESDAY: SPEED & AGILITY -  6:00AM - 7:15AM
  • WEDNESDAY: WEIGHT ROOM - 1:30PM - 3:00PM
  • THURSDAY: SPEED & AGILITY - 6:00AM – 7:15AM
  • FRIDAY: WEIGHT ROOM - 6:00PM – 7:30PM

Incoming 9th graders are eligible to workout with the team after spring sports. That is currently set for June 12th.

Spring Ball
